Payment

Is there a deposit to secure the date? Is it refundable if you cancel?

Yes. To book your date there is a $100 REFUNDABLE deposit. The deposit is refundable as long as the room is in a favorable condition. There is NO refund on deposit if event is cancelled.

When is the balance due?

The balance must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the date of your event.

Is there a clean up fee in addition to the rental fee? Who is responsible for clean up?

There is NO cleaning fee in addition to the rental fee? It is your responsibility to leave the facility as you found it.

Deposit will be forfeited if room is not in original condition.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa and Paypal payments.

Payments must be made 2 weeks prior to event and must be paid in full.

Facility

Do you need to make an appointment to tour The JD Lewis Multipurpose Center?

No appointment needed. We are open 7 days a week!

Our tour takes approximately 15-20 minutes and we will take the time to answer all your questions.

What is the process if I’d like to rent the JD Lewis Multipurpose Center?

To reserve the JD Lewis Multi-Purpose Center:

Step 1- Call or Email us to check availability and get a formal quote which will be verbally provided and emailed to you
Step 2- Pay $25.00 application fee and $100 refundable deposit to book date for your event
Step 3- An invoice will be sent via email for final payment

Payment in full is due 2 weeks prior to event date
***NO REFUND ON DEPOSIT (including Cancellation)***

If the event is less than 30 days away, the application fee ($25.00) and deposit ($100) is due at time of application. Due date for payment in full will be determined at the time of application.

Are there any decoration restrictions at The JD Lewis Multipurpose Center?

YES! There are a few restrictions for decorating inside of the CBC Room. You are allowed to adhere items to the walls or windows with prior permission. Confetti is NOT allowed.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted in any area inside the facility.
There are designated smoking areas located outside the premises.

Food & Beverage

Do you require the use of a preferred caterer?

No, you may choose your catering service. We will work with your caterer to ensure all your reception needs are met. Caterers must be licensed and insured.

Do you have any vendors that you recommend?

We will provide you with a list of vendors to assist you with your planning needs.

Is alcohol allowed?

No liquor allowed .

Only bottled beer, wine, and champagne can be served.

Can we have a cash bar?

No cash bar allowed.
